How Our Book Fairs Work
Scheduling and Agreement
- Contact us at info@classicaleducationbooks.ca
- Book the dates for your In-Person and Online Book Fair
- Select the books to have at the In-Person event, or tell us about your school and let us make a selection for you.
- Schedule pickup or delivery
- Advertise your Book Fair to your school, invite grandparents, host a "dress up as your favorite book character day," invite teachers to recommend their favorite books, and, most of all, join us in cultivating a love of reading great books.
Promotion and Fair Details
- Receive a digital school poster to print and display in your school.
- Distribute our email to the parents prior to the school fair.
- Have parent volunteers ready to set up the books and sell them at your in person book fair. We will provide the point of sale system.
- Online orders will take place through the website using a school coupon code.
- A shipping option will send all online orders directly to your school.
- Online orders will be packaged and shipped in a single shipment within 7–10 business days after the book fair ends.

Returning Exhibition Books
Local School Fairs
School volunteers can return the in-person book package to our Abbotsford location. Optionally, school orders can be picked up at the same time.
Out-of-Town School Fairs
If School Fair is out of town, we will ship the books and point-of-sale system, and provide tracking.
