The instructor manual for The Magic Lens III contains the full text of the student book plus answers to the questions and exercises, as well as an instructor section with recommendations for implementation.
Grammar is an easily teachable subject because its concepts are so few and well-defined. It is the fundamental starting point for the MCT curriculum, which recommends front-loading language arts teaching with grammar. Vocabulary, writing, and poetics can be added once the students have grasped the basics: parts of speech, parts of the sentence, phrases, and clauses.
As a special feature, the paperback version of this book contains QR codes that link to audio of Michael talking about important, potentially confusing, or interesting facts about grammar so that students can hear additional grammar content from the author himself. Please note that the QR codes are not included in the eBook.
NOTE: This is the sixth edition of this book, updated to adhere to the current MLA standards. We recommend against using older editions of this book.
